Policies
Prepayment for the full amount is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In the US, please use PayPal. In Costa Rica, please make direct deposits to Nectandra, SA, Banco Nacional, account number 100-01-020-004527-4 if in colones or 100-02-020-00600011-7 if in dollars.
We refund the full amount for cancellations made one month in advance and 50% if received two weeks prior to arrival.
